Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This policy explains what Dough (dough.gg) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Dough you agree to this policy. Questions? Email contact@dough.gg.

Information we collect

Account information (your email, and an age range you confirm at signup). The prompts you write and the code we generate for you. A compact snapshot of your Roblox place sent by the plugin (instance names and counts, not full game files). Your linked Roblox user id. Payment status from our payment processor (never your full card number). Basic technical signals, such as your IP address at signup, used to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

To generate and apply the changes you request, run your account and credit balance, process payments, prevent fraud and multi-account abuse, provide support, and improve the service. Where required by law, our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent where it applies.

AI processing

To turn a prompt into code, the prompt and the place snapshot are sent to our AI providers, which include Anthropic and, depending on the selected mode, other model providers. Do not include sensitive personal information in your prompts. We do not use your prompts to train our own models.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with providers that help us run Dough, under contract and only as needed: Stripe (payments), our AI providers (code generation), Google and Discord (only if you choose to sign in with them), our email provider (verification and account emails), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Prompts, generations, and place snapshots are kept to provide history and improve reliability, and are deleted within a reasonable period after you delete your account or request deletion, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or anti-abuse obligations.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account and associated data by emailing contact@dough.gg. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection) or under California law (to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Public gallery posting is opt-in per build.

Cookies and sessions

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.

Children

Doughis intended for users 13 and older, in line with COPPA and Roblox's own age norms. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
