What's stored, and what isn't.
What's kept
Your Discord id, username, avatar and email; the Minecraft usernames you've had orders delivered to; your orders, messages and tickets; and your referral and rain activity. For signed-in accounts, the shop also records the pages you visit, time spent on them, referral host, and coarse device type to diagnose the store. That's the minimum needed to deliver an order, improve the shop, and settle a dispute later.
What never touches this site
Card numbers, bank details and crypto wallet keys. Payments happen entirely on Square's and NOWPayments' own checkout pages, all this site ever receives back is whether an order was paid and a reference number.
Third parties
Discord (login), Square and NOWPayments (payments), Mojang and mc-heads.net (looking up your username and drawing your skin's head), Resend (sending your delivery receipt), Trustpilot (review invitations), and Railway (hosting). Nothing is sold to anyone, and there are no third-party ad or analytics trackers.
Review invitations
When an order is delivered we email you a receipt, and a copy goes to Trustpilot so they can invite you to review the shop. That copy contains your email address, the order reference and what was in it. Trustpilot sends the invitation and handles the review; we never see your email address on their side and cannot edit or remove a review once it is written. If you would rather not be invited, Trustpilot's own unsubscribe link stops it, or ask us and we will exclude your address.
Deleting your data
Ask in a support ticket and your account and messages are removed. Records of paid orders are kept as long as needed for payment-dispute and accounting reasons.
Cookies
One login cookie, one more for the admin panel, and a browser-session identifier for first-party diagnostics. No third-party cookies are used.
