Terms
Short and in plain language, because nobody reads the other kind.
What you're buying
In-game DonutSMP currency, elytras and skeleton spawners delivered inside Minecraft. Nothing sold here is a real-world good, a security, or a promise of future value.
Prices
Prices and the order minimum are shown on the store and again at checkout before you pay. They can change at any time; the price you are shown when you place an order is the price for that order.
Delivery
Paid orders are queued immediately. Money orders are paid out in game by a bot, automatically and at any hour, with no person in the loop. Elytras and spawners are handed over in person, usually within minutes. Sleep mode pauses only those manual handovers; money orders are unaffected and keep going out. When it is on you are told before you pay and asked to confirm you are happy to wait. You have to be reachable in-game, if you never come online, the order stays in the queue.
Refunds
If an order isn't delivered, you get a full refund. Ask in the order chat or open a support ticket. Once currency or an item has been handed over in-game, it can't be refunded, it's already yours and there's no way to take it back.
Referrals
One code per account. You can't use your own code, and creating extra accounts to farm referrals voids the earnings. A code earns its owner 4% of each order placed with it, paid in-game, with no minimum withdrawal.
The weekly rain
Entry is free for anyone with a paid order in the current round. Five entrants are drawn at random using a cryptographic random source; each receives an equal fifth of the pot. It is a bonus for buying, not a game of chance you can pay into separately, and the pot is never paid out in real money.
Fair use
Chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or abuse of the chat and ticket system gets the account blocked. That's the whole list.

Dough.gg is an independent seller. It isn't endorsed by or connected to Mojang, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server. Buying and selling in-game items may be against the rules of the server you play on, and how you use what you buy is your call.
